Brad Smith
President and Creative Director
When Hot Pepper was established in 1991, Brad was Producing and Directing educational and documentary films and experimenting with digital media creation. During a late night editing session, he had a revelation on the value of integrating traditional and digital media.

Susan Prior
Executive Producer
Before moving to Portland, Susan's New York skill-set was applied to everything she did; from Production Coordinator for "The David Susskind Show" to Reservations Manager for the Royalton Hotel. Since 1994, she's been the go-to girl for getting projects done on time and on budget.
