Although we drink a lot of coffee and tend to work long hours, it is usually possible to reach a living, breathing Hot Pepper person from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday, with the exception of popular holidays and Arbor Day.

I-5 Southbound (from Seattle)
Take Exit 300, ("City Center/Milwaukie") which is also the route to OMSI and Downtown. Stay in the left hand lane. You will merge onto SE Belmont Street. Stay on Belmont, heading east. Turn right onto SE 11th Avenue and continue to the third traffic light at SE Division Street. Turn left onto Division and continue toward SE 34th Avenue. Just before the traffic signal at 34th Avenue, take a left into our parking lot. Enter the slate green building via the bright orange doorway.

I-5 Northbound (From San Francisco)
Take Exit 300, ("Water Ave./OMSI") which is the exit to the Central Eastside. Quickly after the exit you will come to a traffic light. Turn right at the traffic signal onto SE Water Avenue and proceed 6 blocks to Clay Street. Turn left on SE Clay Street and proceed to SE 11th Avenue. Take a right on 11th Avenue to Division. Turn left onto Division and continue toward SE 34th Avenue. Just before the traffic signal at 34th Avenue, take a left into our parking lot. Enter the slate green building via the bright orange doorway.
